The house is located on a hill with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, 200 metres from the sea. Its construction was designed so that all the main spaces enjoyed the view of the sea. The first level has a concrete base for parking and is the only element that links the wooden structure to the ground.
Ocean view for a Villa in Chile. The large openings have panoramic paintings
Altamarea arquitectura elaborates the project considering the ocean view first. Every space of the house enjoys the panoramic view that is framed by the large openings as paintings that adorn the walls and only the sliding doors guarantee privacy.

A staircase that leads to the access that also functions as a partition and circulation space, with the characteristic that can separate the living area of the house thanks to a large sliding door. On the other side is the dining room and the kitchen, the latter located towards the rear of the house.
The second level is intended exclusively for the large bedroom which includes a walk-in closet and a bathroom, where every perspective is designed overlooking the ocean, including the view from the shower. The privacy and brightness are controlled by means of curtains and sliding shutters, this solution also allows you to have a complete access to the outside.
