In order to strengthen and enhance the importance of Bressanone as its head office, Durst decided to construct a new and modern headquarters that would become a symbol of the company and would renew its image. The new building is architecturally and functionally integrated with the historical headquarters and the production area using a concept that was never implemented by the architect Othmar Barth who designed the first facility

The original idea of a "floating" building with a side tower was in fact adopted to develop the new building, which looks like a two-storey building of elongated and compact shape that culminates with a six-storey tower and rests on a continuous plateau with a glass facade, just giving the feeling of "floating" in the void. To the north, the organic building detaches from the base, creating a " rear" in which a large auditorium is located, while to the south it "bends" until it touches the ground of the garden, enhanced by the presence of a pool of water that increases the scenic effect

The facade has an organic shape and consists of a laminated wood structure covered with powder-coated aluminum panels, in which windows of various sizes are inserted, obtaining a "Pixelated" effect. The window jambs are integrated with LED lights, which dynamically illuminate the façade. The approximately 250 insulating glass panels enable the complex curved geometry of the facade to be followed
