The new city includes, among other infrastructural components, 22 buildings for engineering firms, an accelerator, a laboratory, a cafe, parking, and a park. The facilities of the engineering city perfectly serve both the work environments and the relaxation and recreational areas
The location of the laboratory allows people to access its green roof, which connects to the parking area via a bridge, creating a park. Engineering City is built as part of the "Trade Promotion Quality Infrastructure" project funded by the World Bank for the RA government
