The project involves 11 villas carefully scattered among the woods of the northern Swedish archipelago, among pines, mosses and blueberries, apparently scattered around the forest. The cladding is red painted wood, requested by planning authorities, and evokes the strong local heritage of terraced houses

The villas are about 200 metres away from the water and the layout is designed in such a way that each house can enjoy the sea view
The customer expressly requested two prototypes of houses, one with a smaller plan and the other with two larger plans, so that it would be possible to build them with prefabricated slabs and walls, which could be transported by truck and assembled on site
A simple project in terms of shape and construction, but full of character and personality thanks to the use of red, which blends in perfectly with the green of the surrounding environment
