The foyer welcomes guests with a unique oak floor motif and reveals an outdoor oasis with a pool in the sunken rear courtyard, while connecting the public and private wings on the main level
The public wing features a vaulted great room that combines kitchen, dining, and living spaces, with a balcony overlooking the pool below. A neutral interior color palette allows for a focus on bold details, such as black-stained furniture and the beautiful marble-wood waterfall island
