The young family, who commissioned the project to my2 architektur, had asked for a simple and clear architecture of which the materials should be wood, concrete and glass: the result is a solid house, made of wood with carefully chosen elements which is complex and simple at the same time

The well-studied structure and proportions are the elements that help to make the project simple, while the spatial variance that the house contains and the aspect cause complexity
The living space below the ground level is the part of the house that integrates with nature. The volume and use of the land are limited as well as the high ecological choice of wood and cellulose insulation. The minimalism found in the shapes and materials have made it possible to achieve high levels of comfort and quality
