The objective of the project: to completely redesign the traditional concept of a mountain hotel starting from its own structure. Despite the imposing cubage, the Kaiserlodge was built in record time: it took only two years from the first drafting discussion to its opening
The success of the project was determined by the shared desire to build in a responsible way starting from the selection of local raw materials, working with partners focused on sustainability, such as the Italian company Geopietra, which has signed all the stone interventions for the resort
The property is surrounded by an artificial lake of 1300 square meters where guests can swim and dive. The landscape has been concretely integrated into the design and the structure itself adapts to the morphology of the mountain in the background. The careful selection of materials results in a complete immersion in nature
The interweaving of stone and wood, in its continuous alternation, characterizes both the interior and the imposing external facades, becoming the focus of the fresh and natural design of the structure
The type of accommodation created to ensure maximum comfort is particularly varied and well cared for: apartments with private garden, penthouses and double rooms with natural furnishings, suites with a private pier on the lake
For the external facades, the Camuna of Geopietra model was used, which has the same reflections and tones as those of the nearby mountain. In the rooftop spa, Murogeopietra naturally outlines the spaces of the swimming pools, saunas and relaxation areas
Within the Kaiserlodge, large entertainment areas for all ages have been created: a children's area with exclusively wooden games, a children's lounge with private cinema, a library and a workshop area where courses and events are organized with local partners
The new structure captivates because of its private atmosphere and its naturalistic character, where the boundaries between living spaces and the surrounding environment are blurred
