The school square to the east serves as a link to the public space, leading to the entrance area, which forms a clear closure to the playground and gardens, screened for privacy and protection from noise

The main building is divided into two parts: the public part, with an exercise room, administration area and kitchen, facing the street, and the more intimate part, facing the garden, with four identical blocks containing a relaxation room, service area and cloakroom, open on both sides by means of windows, ensuring optimal lighting
When choosing the materials for the project, renewable and ecological building materials were chosen, such as local spruce wood. A large photovoltaic system provides much of the necessary electricity, a heat pump provides the energy needed for heating and a ventilation system with heat exchanger ensures better air quality all year round
