Following a request from Oregon State University's INTO international training program to redesign a building to serve the existing campus, Holst Architecture took the lead in the project, redesigning the spaces and the building's interior and exterior.

Holst architectural studio engages in the project, studying the public spaces, with particular attention given to the student hall, the lobby and even the corridors, as if they were traditional classroom environments. The spaces meet the pedagogical requirements of the client, thanks to the design of a series of stimulating and calming environments, where it is required
An open student room is at the center of the project, creating both a study and meeting space. The day lighting is guaranteed and vital for a learning environment, which is made possible by six large skylights in the central student room.
