Located in Midtown the project covers 33.000 square metres, spread over four floors with a social plan containing different types of shared work spaces and a vertical garden. The work spaces are designed to have everything you need and be as complete as possible
The design creates an environment to improve productivity: every single element has been carefully designed to improve productivity and the working experience. Thanks to the use of high ceilings, Bean Buro has created a cosy and impressive space with meeting rooms characterized by curved wood canopies that are covered
The finishes of the materials are consistent throughout, but evolve subtly through the different spaces. Wood is used as a consistent architectural finish, the lowest common denominator of all the spaces. Private enclosed offices are designed to provide all the comforts of home, with good lighting, acoustics and soft pastel colours
