The design by ARCO Arquitectura Contemporánea studio features a main facade facing Avenida Universidad, composed of glass panels interspersed with a prefabricated concrete framework. The resulting image of Torre Lev is consistent and contemporary
Torre Lev. A corporate and commercial building with a linear aesthetic and the best available technology
In a continuously expanding urban center like Mexico City, Torre Lev takes advantage of the ample architectural experimentation opportunities that the context provides. The 6-story corporate building, with a ground floor dedicated to commercial use, meets the need to optimally utilize the 1,000 sq.m corner plot with an excellent commercial location

A sunken square between the street level and the basement constitutes the inner courtyard that serves both the office users and the commercial floor, and organizes the entrances to the corporate lobby. The architects, deeply understanding the needs of corporate spaces, designed the various levels with open-plan layouts of 550 sq.m of usable area, providing functional spaces with an investment for those who will use them that is maximized
The block for vertical distribution and services is located at the rear of the building, allowing for natural ventilation and lighting in the bathrooms and staircases. Three semi-basement floors accommodate the high parking demand with an additional 20%, which can be accessed through 2 car lifts
Torre Vel is equipped with solar panels to cover the electricity needs of the common areas, water coolers on each level with a single cooler on the roof, and floors that are 4.15 m in height. In its design, the most appropriate standards were considered to integrate a functional building into the area, designed to have a long lifespan thanks to being equipped with the best available technology
