The building is L-shaped and uses a limited palette of materials and is surrounded by a fence made of concrete walls. Thanks to this perimeter, a central courtyard is created, which can be crossed by a walkway leading to the entrance of the building
The structure, being repetitive, has ensured easy construction and easy assembly, saving costs and resources. The north facing facade is completely glazed, making the courtyard visible. To the south, large overhangs and high efficiency glass are used, limiting the summer heat gain
The interior is made of wood, a natural material. The interior decor ends well below the ceiling, ensuring a feeling of openness. The sales office is located in the short arm of the L, isolated from noise and enjoying more privacy. Everything is designed to create an environment conducive to concentration and work and surrounded by nature
