We are a small, tight-knit team of designers, active in the fields of branding, signage, wayfinding, and environmental design, as well as packaging, interactive, fashion, strategy and ideation, for the cultural and corporate sector. Working with us is challenging, rewarding, and always enjoyable.

In addition to being a full-service creative studio, we have the experience and skill set for large-scale institutional branding and identity development. With an open creative process and adaptive project management, we navigate approval processes, local ordinances, community outreach, city councils, stakeholders and board of directors, donor opportunities, and media.

We frequently lecture on our design process and hold sought-after creative workshops for professionals and students around the world. 

karlssonwilker was founded in late 2000, continuously advancing the studio on behalf of our clients. We are located in a former knitting factory in the Ridgewood neighborhood of Queens, NY. Drop by when you’re in the neighborhood. We have a small shop featuring work by our fellow colleagues as well as our own outlet, wilkerkarlsson. Our storefront coffee bar is coming soon.
