Companies that process potatoes generate large amounts of waste in the form of potato peels. The idea from Gentile design studio is to use this material to create street food packaging. Potato peels consist of starches and fibers, components that, after maceration and drying, acquire the ability to bond and harden

Peel Saver is an innovative street food packaging made entirely from production waste and is 100% biodegradable
The material used for this eco-friendly design idea is made entirely from production waste and is 100% biodegradable. After being used, the Peel Saver packaging has the ability to re-enter the biological cycle in a useful way, becoming food for animals or fertilizer for plants
