Without increasing the surface area of the original construction, the covered outdoor terrace has been integrated into the main dining room, significantly expanding this space. The renovation has strengthened the connection between interior and exterior, enhancing a unique 45-degree view of the communal garden.
This new area includes a living room, a dining room, a barbecue area, and a bathroom, allowing you to enjoy Cuernavaca's privileged climate for most of the year. The outdoor spaces have been designed as essential gathering points.
The master bedroom has been reconfigured to expand the service area, providing greater capacity and comfort. Additionally, the service courtyard has been covered with a dome tall enough to ensure natural ventilation, transforming it into a functional space for activities related to the maintenance of the residence.
