A project that divides and converges: public and private in balance
The structure of Penthouse Altaire 36 is designed to clearly separate the public areas from the private ones, creating a perfect division between the entrance and the private zone. An imposing vestibule welcomes visitors, clad in Kassama marble tiles, elegantly framing the elevators. Natural light, coming from the central garden and terrace, illuminates the entire space, providing a sense of openness and continuity with the outdoors.
A simple partition system divides the first module between the penthouse and a small office, allowing for functional yet integrated separation. The choice of materials was made with the intention of connecting the space to its function. Marble, wood, and fiber cement panels are arranged on smooth surfaces, creating a sense of continuity between the rooms. Each area is characterized by a distinctive use of textures and tones that define its purpose without the need for superfluous ornamental elements.
