The land on which "Rita's Gardens" stands covers an area of about 25,000 sq.m, almost entirely buildable. However, during the construction of the residence, the owner came up with the idea to abandon the building plans and instead create an olive grove of 400 trees that covers an area of about 2 hectares, to separate the house from the provincial road and the rest of the town

The house is located on the outskirts of a small town surrounded by numerous vineyards dedicated to the production of Prosecco in Friuli. The "Rita's Gardens" project stems from the client's wish, a very active entrepreneur, to create a weekend relaxation oasis where he can bring the family together and escape from daily routine
The design for the villa, created by the architectural firm of Duilio Damilano, includes a northern entrance with a pedestrian path separated from the driveway for cars, passing through a long portico flanked by a wall clad in natural split Credaro Stone. All the external flooring, including the front of the garage, is in slabs of Piasentina stone, typical of the area
The living room, the central core of the house, is fully glazed on the south and north fronts, constantly allowing a view of the garden, even through the built volume. To the right of the living room, separated by the fireplace, are the dining room, the kitchen, and some service areas, along with access to the garage. To the left is the sleeping area with two bedrooms separated by a shared bathroom for the grandchildren, and a master bedroom accessed through a walk-in closet with a private bathroom connected to the fitness area
