Villa 6: the villa of the future between nature and energy efficiency

The "L-shaped" building called Villa 6 is designed to meet the needs of the client, who wanted a large and energetically very efficient house, with green spaces to enjoy the beauty of nature.

Nature as the central element of design

Villa 6, one of the architecture projects designed by Studio Associato Ciati, embraces the green area and the pool that occupy the central position. Each space of the "L" shaped building overlooks these elements, giving extreme importance to the natural area.

A home ensuring extreme energy efficiency

One of the aspects that was most important to the villa's clients, in addition to its large size, was the high energy efficiency. Thanks to the numerous measures implemented, the house is in class A4 NZEB, with almost zero consumption.

How was the building envelope treated?

In the energy design of the building, great importance was given to the building envelope, eliminating the presence of thermal bridges. For the large openings that characterize the living room, sliding lift-and-slide windows with PVC frames with high energy performance were planned.

Air conditioning system and air exchange

A system of radiant panels, both for heating and cooling, constitutes the air conditioning and dehumidification system, powered by a heat pump that also produces domestic hot water with storage. Thanks to the mechanical air exchange system, the indoor air quality is high.

The home automation electrical system

For the control and management of the systems, for the regulation of solar radiation, and for the regulation of the villa's lighting, the home automation electrical system comes to the rescue. The 10 kWp of photovoltaic panels installed on the roof power the storage batteries.
