Client Mary Ta wanted to create a landmark space for luxury design in the California metropolis; Italian architect Emanuele Svetti designs the Mass Beverly Showroom as a large street showcase, visible from cars whizzing along the Boulevard. A spectacular showcase that calls to customers, "here is the realization of your dream"
Mass Beverly showroom in Los Angeles. The atelier of dreams where to meet the luxury of made in Italy design
An open, glazed, bright and unconventional container on Beverly Boulevard where, guaranteeing all the brands treated visibility from the outside, their exclusivity is celebrated. This is the leitmotif of the entire design process for the Mass Beverly Showroom

The showroom is intended to be something that was not yet there on the Boulevard: a wide-ranging building created by the partial demolition of a series of existing architectural elements and a tailored realization of the new spaces. It was a complex construction site because of the configuration of the project, but one that gave architect Svetti the stimulating opportunity to confront the speed and streamlined nature of U.S. bureaucracy, which is very different from that of Italy: just a few days to obtain a permit and begin work, with a construction site that took much less time than the design phase
Designer furniture brands such as Ernestomeda, Antonio Lupi, Gallotti & Radice, Bottega Veneta, and Ivano Redaelli are displayed amid monumental storefronts and full-height spaces: the design sacrifices some of the mass by avoiding raised spaces and mezzanines, but offers customers the exclusive spaciousness they will surely desire in their own prestigious residences. Mass Beverly's products allow them to enter any type of project, even the most luxurious, going to furnish both living areas, as well as the bathroom, kitchen, sleeping area and outdoor
A showroom of more than 1,800 square meters is the Mass Beverly, where a sophisticated selection of design and art pieces from some of Italy's top brands complement the offerings of the Minotti showroom owned by Mary Ta. Clients and architects here can appreciate products from more than 100 brands, supported by a team of 52 highly specialized people who can recommend the best solutions by combining European design with American lifestyle
