The project of the villa, by Ola Studio, is designed for a single owner with a nursing family and is located 400 meters from Portsea Bay. Franklin Residence is located along a road protected by dense shrubs, with sandy driveways that disappear into the foliage, recalling the connection with the environment

A private residence, peaceful, fresh, organic: this is the brief of the Franklin Residence project, inspired by a Japanese design, a place to live, work, hang out and play

Franklin reflects the owner's interest in the arts while embracing the characteristics of the beach environment: the designers create a sense of belonging to the environment with a quiet architectural language. The form of the residence is very simple, two stories, although from the street it appears to be a single story home. The intent is to be humble on the outside and full of warmth, light, joy and a unique look on the inside
