The light is the protagonist of these interiors that see enhanced even spaces often neglected, such as the corridor that here becomes a dynamic space with great scenic impact: on one hand a non-linear plasterboard wall hides the pillars, on the other hand a boiserie with integrated doors and blades with light provides service areas such as wardrobe, guest bathroom, laundry, technical room for boiler and ironing room in an original way
One of the elements that characterized the aesthetics of the project, here has its highest expression: the oak wood used for the parquet planks that runs throughout the apartment and for the skirting board flush with the wall that is vertically turned to give life to the multifunctional boiserie
The spaces of the living area are fluid and strongly connected in a large open space where light invades every corner thanks to a corner window that overlooks the terrace, the heart of the house: this is the winter garden with wicker chairs and plants that provide protection from the outside, ensuring privacy and light modulation. It also overlooks the sleeping area which is enhanced by full-height white sliding doors and closets flush with the wall
A seamless internal coat and windows with very low transmittance together with a radiant ceiling system ensure the energy efficiency of the house that is another cornerstone of the project of the architect Tassiello
